Triptent began working with JS Tech as a break/fix client, when their accountant found us in a woman’s magazine in 2012. Employees of the ad agency called frequently with crashes and file system issues. For each issue, JS Tech dispatched a tech billed an hourly rate. As each problem was fixed, it seemed that a new issue would crop up to take its place.

When JS Tech on-boarded Triptent, we installed antivirus and proactive maintenance software on every computer. Overnight, the volume of house calls plummeted. Focus shifted from fixing the problem du jour to strategic planning of tech related to company workflows. JS Tech made strides in production and storage protocols, backup and recovery, fleet management, wifi, and other areas that could have been neglected putting out break/fix fires. Today, JS Tech holds regular office hours at Triptent’s offices to maintain systems, train users, and brainstorm new ideas to drive productivity.
